FCM2000W is a computerized trinocular inverted metallurgical microscope for identifying and analyzing the structure of metals and alloys. It combines a long-working-distance plan achromatic objective set, epi-Kohler LED illumination and FMIA2020 analysis software with a 3-megapixel camera.
